My thanks again go to my colleague, Margaret Brown for her initial recording for this second booklet on Marnoch. When we published Part 1 in 1991 we did not envisage that it would be quite so long in production! We have included the last 8 stones from pt.1 starting at the side gate in the East wall to help you find your bearings. Thanks go also to Edna Cromarty for her help with the final checking and for the index. This completes the main kirkyard. The newer portion is rapidly filling up and could soon be the subject of yet another booklet, but I will leave that to the next generation of “graveyarders” Sheila M.Spiers
