Data Deletion Request
Last updated: May 2026
The ANESFHS Burial Sites Application does not store passwords. Sign-in is handled entirely by Google, Microsoft, or Facebook. The only personal data this application holds is your name and email address which is used solely to verify your Society membership or volunteer status and grant the appropriate level of access.
What data does this application hold about me?
If you have signed in to this application, we may hold:
- Your full name (as provided by your chosen sign-in provider)
- Your email address
- Your access role within the application (Guest, Member, Volunteer, or Admin)
We do not hold your password, postal address, telephone number, payment details, or any other personal information beyond the above.
We do not hold information about individual browsing activity or searches performed within the application.

Revoking third-party sign-in access
You should also revoke this application’s access from your chosen identity provider’s security settings. This prevents any future sign-in attempts using that provider:
- Google: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, find “ANESFHS Burial Sites” and click “Remove Access”.
- Microsoft: visit account.live.com/consent/Manage, find “ANESFHS Burial Sites” and click “Remove these permissions”.
- Facebook: go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, find “ANESFHS Burial Sites” and click “Remove”.
Revoking access at the provider level does not automatically remove the data held within this application — please follow the email or postal request steps above as well.
What happens after deletion
Once your data is deleted from this application you will no longer be able to sign in or access member/volunteer-only features. The burial site and memorial inscription records themselves — which are historical records and do not contain your personal data — are not affected.
If you are a Society volunteer, your records may be retained in accordance with the Society’s wider data retention policy. We will discuss this with you if applicable.
