Description: The old church at Dyce stands on the banks of the river Don and one of its main features are the sculptured stones. These have been “built in” to one of the doorways to protect them from the weather as much as possible. The church itself is believed to be one of the few remaining pre-Reformation churches in Scotland and thought to have been built in 1544.
